How to take it
One strip on the tongue, once a day. It's gone in about thirty seconds.
No water, nothing to swallow. Place it on a dry tongue and let it dissolve. Take it whenever suits you, with food or without.
One thing worth knowing. Biotin at this dose can interfere with some blood tests, including thyroid panels. If you have bloods booked, stop taking it a few days beforehand and tell whoever is taking the sample.

Takes one strip a dayMy skin lost its glow long before I worked out what was happening to my hair. I looked in the mirror one morning and my face seemed looser, and I couldn't tell you when that started.
Then I noticed the rest. My hair had gone brittle and tangly, like there was no moisture left in it. My nails were splitting before they grew past my fingertips. It was all going at once, and I felt like I was ageing far quicker than I should be.
