Each strip is a thin, flavoured film that dissolves on your tongue in a few seconds. Place one on your tongue and let it dissolve completely, with no water and nothing to swallow. Take one a day, whenever suits you.
Yes. One of each a day is fine, and you can take them at the same time or at different points in the day.
Honestly, longer than anyone would like. Hair works on a slow cycle, so three to four months is a fair window before you'd expect to see much. We'd rather say that now than have you give up at week six thinking nothing's happening.
Iron can interfere with how some medicines are absorbed — levothyroxine and certain antibiotics need a few hours' gap either side. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting if you take anything regularly. We're not able to advise on your medication, and they'll know your history.
