Shipping policy

We ship within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us — it's worth checking your spam folder if it doesn't appear.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within a week of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $4.99. Shipping is free on all orders over $30.

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email at dispatch. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating once the carrier has scanned the parcel.

Problems with your delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated in five business days, or your order is marked delivered and hasn't arrived, email us at willmathison10@icloud.com with your order number and we'll sort it.

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo along with your order number and we'll replace it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it's with the carrier. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund.
